Topbets Euro 2024 Raffle – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the “Topbets Euro 2024 Raffle,” organized by © Copyright 2024 TopBets, run by Otis Media Europe Kft. By participating in this raffle, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Participation is open to residents of South Africa who are 18 years of age or older.
• Employees of TopBets, Otis Media Europe Kft, Y.E. Leverage Business Consulting Ltd., and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Raffle Period

• The raffle will run from 14th June 2024 to 5th July 2024, over a period of three weeks.
• Each week, a raffle draw will take place to select one winner.

4. How to Enter

• Participants can enter the raffle by entering their email. This will earn them 1 ticket.
• Participants can earn extra tickets through the following activities:
  1. Join the Topbets Telegram group and stay for at least 2 months – 5 extra tickets.
  2. Follow Topbets on X (Twitter) and remain a follower for at least 2 months – 5 extra tickets.
  3. Share a post about the raffle on Facebook with a link to the raffle and keep the post for at least 2 months – 3 extra tickets.
  4. Write a blog post about the raffle on any website and keep the post for at least 2 months – 5 extra tickets.
  5. Tweet about the raffle on X (Twitter) with a link to the raffle and keep the tweet for at least 2 months – 3 extra tickets.
  6. Refer a friend who successfully registers for the raffle – 3 extra tickets per friend.
  7. Share the raffle on TikTok – 3 extra tickets.

5. Prize

• Each week, one participant will win a prize of $100.
• The prize will be awarded as follows:
  • Week 1: $100
  • Week 2: $100
  • Week 3: $100
• The prize will be deposited to the winner’s PayPal or bank account within 30 days after the raffle.

6. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified via email if they registered with an email, or via Facebook message if they registered via Facebook.
• Winners will also be announced on the Topbets website (topbets.africa) each week.
• Winners must respond within 3 days of notification. Failure to respond will result in a repeat raffle to select a new winner.

7. General Conditions

• The raffle is anonymous.
• If the raffle has fewer than 20 participants in a week, TopBets reserves the right to cancel the raffle without selecting a winner.
• Participants found exploiting the raffle will be removed without explanation.
• A participant cannot register for the raffle more than 3 times from the same IP address.

8. Data Protection

• Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and will be kept confidential.
• By participating in the raffle, participants agree to receive marketing materials from TopBets South Africa. Participants can opt-out of receiving these materials at any time.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the raffle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Israeli courts.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By participating in the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
